Why Varsity Club?

Our school partnerships provide quality and convenient, on-site care for families. This includes before and after school care, district scheduled half-day care and “camp weeks” during scheduled school breaks and summer.

We work hand-in-hand with you, the client, to accomplish the goals set forth by the district. We offer a variety of programs that will suit the district and community needs. We are dedicated to continually enhancing the program to meet the ever-changing requirements in education. Additionally, we know the needs of the families in the community and provide the best service to meet those needs. We do our best to hire within the locally established communities in which we serve.

The program is designed to provide care with minimal use of school district time or staff. The school district takes on no costs in the development and delivery of the program. Varsity Club assumes full responsibility for staffing, equipment, tuition intake, licensing standards and supervision.

We Take Pride In Our Offerings

Using the After School Tool Kit and nationally-recognized curriculum, our programs allow children the opportunity to explore a wide range of activities including:

Brain Busters (Homework Assistance) – our staff gives enrolled students the opportunity to complete class work assignments and to give help as needed. We allow Honor Roll students from the school district’s high school to gain service hours by tutoring the children at the site under the staff ’s supervision.

Creative Artists – the staff will do weekly lesson plans and give the enrolled student opportunities to explore art activities. The lesson plans relate to activities happening in the school and/or general calendar.

Athletic Scholars – opportunity to engage in sports and other team-related activities in the gym or outside. Gross Motor is essential in our everyday life.

Stories Come to Life – literacy program.

Imagination Station – allows children to express themselves through music and imaginary play.

Discovery – children discover and explore the world of science through books and hands-on experiences.

Exploration – technology with robotics using LEGOs® and K’Nex®. The use of computers and other fine motor activities will also be available.

Varsity Venue – each month students can join a “club” activity in addition to regular programming such as newspaper and journal writing, scrapbooking and photography, drama, culinary arts, and historian club.

Career Academy – provides children the opportunity to discuss the possibilities for the future.

Summer Camp – children experience ultimate fun in our yearly Summer Camp program. Our camp contains 12-13 weeks of excitement and enjoyment as we take weekly themes and make them come alive! Each week, our campers explore, create and participate in an array of activities including in-house events and/or field trips. Our Summer Camp program provides the essential balance of education and that fun-filled Summer experience every child deserves!
